Abstract

U radu je opisana metoda određivanja uspješnosti neke web stranice sa aspekta korisničkog doživljaja, te se pokušalo dokazati da je zajednička suradnja razvojnih inženjera i dizajnera, pri izradi web stranice, nužna.
