Abstract

Ovim diplomskim radom ispituje se ovisnost čvrstoće holandez kutije o konstrukciji i materijalu. Napravit će se tri različite konstrukcije kutija (V1, V2, RS) istih mjera (600 x 400 x 185 mm), u tri različite kvalitete materijala (1917BC2, 12255BC3, 5410BC3). Ispituju se ovisnosti različitih konstrukcija kutija i različiti materijali kako utječu na čvrstoću kutije. U teorijskom dijelu opisana je proizvodnja valovitog kartona i ambalaže koja se proizvodi od njih, zatim su detaljno i s fotografijama prikazana ispitivanja izvedena u poduzeću Dunapack -Valoviti karton d.o.o u Zaboku te na Katedri za projektiranje grafičkih proizvoda na Grafičkom fakultetu u Zagrebu. Ispitivanja pokazuju svojstva valovitih kartona te ovisnost čvrstoće transportne kutije tipa holandez o konstrukciji i svojstvima valovitog kartona od kojih su kutije izrađene. Nakon prikazanih rezultata slijedi analiza te zaključak o ovisnosti čvrstoće kutije o konstrukciji i kvaliteti materijala.

Abstract in english: This study was directed to examine the strength of RSC type cardboard box depending on height of the box. Boxes with differnet heights were made from several types of corrugated cardboard. It was investigated whether the influence of height of the box on box strength is linear or not. In theoretical part production of corrugated cardboard and cardboard package is described in detail with many photographs, as well as tests of the corrugated cardboard and cardboard boxes. Tests are performed in corrugated cardboard packaging factory Dunapack - Valoviti karton d.o.o., in Zabok and in the Finishing Processes and Graphic Product Design department at the Faculty of Graphic Arts, Zagreb. Experiment results show flute and linerboard properties, corrugated cardboard properties and cardboard box strength depending on construction and materials of the box. After the results are shown, there is analysis of results and conclusion about strength of the box depending on the box construction and quality of material.
