Abstract
Cilj diplomskog rada je ispitati kako se provodi kontrola kvalitete u hrvatskom poduzeću za proizvodnju ambalaže od oblikovane pulpe – Hartmann. Teorijskim dijelom diplomskog rada opisane su vrste ambalaže i njene funkcije te karakteristike procesa pakiranja. Rad opisuje i postupak proizvodnje te proces kontrole kvalitete ambalaže od oblikovane pulpe. Proces kontrole kvalitete počinje ulaznom kontrolom, odnosno kontrolom sirovina. Nakon toga slijedi kontrola proizvodnog procesa koja obuhvaća analizu papirne mase, a na kraju slijedi kontrola gotovih proizvoda. U eksperimentalnom dijelu rada provedena je kontrola kvalitete u vremenskom razdoblju od pet dana, kroz tri radne smjene, a izvedena je prema radnim uputama tvrtke. Dobiveni rezultati ubilježeni su u obrasce Analiza mase i Analiza gotovih proizvoda.

| Abstract in english: | The aim of the thesis is to examine how quality control is carried out in the Croatian company, the manufacturer of packaging from molded pulp – Hartmann. Theoretical part of thesis describes the types of packaging and its functions and the characteristics of the packaging process. Also, the paper describes the production process and process of quality control of packaging from molded pulp. The process of quality control in Hartmann starts with input control, or control of raw materials. After that, there is a control of production process that includes analysis of paper pulp, and finally there is control of finished products. Experimental part of thesis describes a process of quality control carried out in a seven days period, in three working shifts. Each analysis was conducted according to work instructions of the company. The results obtained were recorded in the forms of Mass analysis and Analysis of finished products. |
