Abstract

Tehnologije mijenjaju turističku sliku svijeta. Prije 4 godine internet kao izvor informacija za odmor koristilo je oko 30% turista koji su došli u Hrvatsku, dok je taj postotak danas veći od 70%. Turističke kompanije idu upravo za tim da se internetski prostor, društvene mreţe, mobilne komunikacije i aplikacije iskoriste za poboljšanje promocije i prodaje. Stoga se kvaliteti i informativnosti te svakodnevnom aţuriranju internetskih stranica pridaje izuzetno velika pozornost. U protekle dvije godine promijenili su se brojni tehnički i vizualni zahtijevi te trendovi koje je potrebno pratiti kako bi internetske stranice ostale zanimljive te generirale novi val posjetitelja. Na današnjem trţištu samo uporabljive web stranice su konkurentne te se takoĎer stvara korisnički-orijentirana dizajn kultura. Uporavljiva web stranica je ona koja korisniku omogućava nesmetano kretanje i nesputava ga u traţenju informacija. U ovom diplomskog radu razmatrat ću redizajan koji je potreban da bi stranica postala uporabljiva te napraviti dizajn sa aspekta korisnika na primjeru web stranice turističke zajednice grada Komiţe. Istraţivat će se koji sadrţaji se nalaze na stranicama turističkih zajednica. Pritom se oslanjajući na gradove blizu mora ili na otoku. Isto tako i uporabljivost i korisnički orijentirani dizajn tih stranica. Provest će se istraţivanje o tome koji sadrţaj bi korisnici ţeljeli naći na stranicama turističkih zajednica, a koji trebaju biti putem norma Hrvatske turističke zajednice. Putem smjernica i testova uporabljivosti prikazat će se vaţnost tih testova da bi stranica bila uporavljiva na primjeru redizajna web stranice turističke zajednice Komiţe.

Abstract in english:	Techologies are changing the tourist image of the world. 4 years ago, about 30% of tourist who came to Croatia used the Internet as a source of information for resting, while nowdays this percentage is about 70%. Following this, turistic companies are using internet space, social networks, mobile communication and application for promotion and sales. Therefore, the quality, information and daily updates of websites are giving very special attention. In the past two years there's change in a number of technical and visual requirements and trends that needs to be followed to make web sites interesting and to derive a new wave of visitors. In today's market only usability sites are competitive, and there's begining of creations a user-centred design culture. Usable web site is one that allows the user to move freely without any troubles in search of information. In this project I will research redesign of web site that needs to become an usable web site and make user-oriented design taking the example of official turistic web site of Komiţa. I will research the content of the pages that's usually stants on a turistic pages. With relying on cities near the sea or on the islands. And also research the usability and user-oriented design of these pages. There will be an exploration of which content users want to find on the turistic pages and which content need to be on page by the norms of the Croatian Tourist office. The importance of usability test will be shown on redesign example Offical Turistic Page of Komiţa through guidelines and usability tests .
