Abstract

Abstract in english: The subject of this final paper is programming tools for web design. The developing process of a single web page employs a visual design application, an animation application and also an application for writing HTML or CSS code. The idea is to demonstrate the entire development process of a single, imaginary web page; from designing a visual concept to defining its HTML and CSS documents which are necessary for the page to be displayed on the internet. The paper has been divided into two sections, theoretical and practical. The theoretical section focuses on the essential concepts related to the subject, including characteristics of web pages and their elements, and also their function and association with the internet network; it also touches on applications used for development, explaining their graphic interfaces and also web colors, as well as basics related to writing HTML and CSS code. The practical section presents and explains particular actions used in design and development of visual concepts, through using specific tools, which are used in the entire process. It also explains the basic HTML page framework, and its corresponding CSS style sheets, and explains the process and principles of creating animated parts of the web page.
