Abstract

Cilj svakog proizvodnog sustava je povećanje produktivnosti bez gubitka kvalitete. Just In Time, Totalno produktivno održavanje, Jidoku, te 5s neke su od metoda reinženjeringa u grafičkoj proizvodnji kojim se postiže spomenuti cilj. Provođenjem Just In Time metode postiže se kraće vrijeme skladištenja proizvoda, te stavljanje istih u najkraćem roku u proizvodni proces. TPM (totalno produktivno održavanje) je proces održavanja sistema koji ulažu napore za optimizaciju i održavanje grafičkog tehničkog sistema kao i ubrzavanje same proizvodnje u poduzeću. Česti problemi koji se javljaju u svakom proizvodnom procesu pa tako i u grafičkoj proizvodnji su postizanje maksimalnih rezultata. Kako bi došli do ostvarivanja istog, potrebno je ispuniti jedan uvjet. To je optimiziranje provođenjem svih elemenata proizvodnog procesa. Istraživanje u ovom radu obavljalo se u raznim grafičkim poduzećima, koja u svoje poslovanje i održavanje uvode i provode metode reinženjeringa. Analiziralo se stanje produktivnosti, kvaliteta i uspješnost poslovanja u poduzećima. Do tih informacija došlo se anketiranjem i intervjuiranjem zaposlenika. Cilj istraživanja bio je utvrditi sve prednosti i nedostatke poslovanja temeljene na gore navedenim metodama.

Abstract in english: The goal of every manufacturing system is to increase productivity without losing quality. Just In Time, Total Productive Maintenance, Jidoka, 5s, are some of the methods of reengineering in production, which can achieve mentioned goal. The implementation of Just In Time method achieves a shorter storage period , and faster implementation of products in manufacturing process. TPM (total productive maintenance) is the process of maintaining the system that make efforts to optimize and maintain graphics technical systems as well as to accelerate the production in the company. Common problems that can occur in any production process, including the printing production is not being able to achieve maximum results. In order to achieve these results, it`s necessary to optimize the performance of all elements in the production process. This research was made in various graphic companies that are implementing reengineering in there maintenance and production activity. Productivity, quality and business performance in those companies was analyzed using questionnaires and interviewing the employees. The objective of this study was to determine the advantages and disadvantages of business based on the methods mentioned in the text above.
