Abstract

Abstract in english: | The history of packaging began from the time when people used materials from nature to transfer food, through the development of commerce and industry when there appeared the need for a better way to protect and transport goods, until today when packaging is ubiquitous in modern society to that extent that represents a problem for the environment. Because of pollution problems arising from inadequate dispoasal of waste, there has been the need to find new ways in which containers can be utilized. One of the methods is reusable packaging to which the user is giving a new purpose and value through the process of creativity. Although the user may have different motivations for his actions, one of the most important that arises is concern for the environment. The purpose of this study, in addition to introducing the reader to the topic of reusability of packaging and encouraging users to engage in its application, is to encourage designers to explore innovative ways in which users are redesigning their packaging to find a basis for the development of packaging design for repeated use. Through the experimental part of the work we have learned the habits and attitudes of consumers towards the reusable packaging and discovered the motives and methods of their use. In conclusion of this study we can state that the design of reusable packaging is only possible through close cooperation between designers and creative individuals, and promotion of these designs can be achieved with good design solutions and support of communities on the Internet dedicated to finding and exchanging new solutions for reusable packaging. |
