Abstract in english: In this study the digital normative procedures of graphic production using the organized data bases under XML technology has been designed. Also, the new classification of the stochastic variables for graphic flow simulation has been defined. It has been concluded that such new definition is necessary to cover the entire printing process, as well as mutual adjustment of digital standard in the graphic system based on XML. The elaborated theses resolve that XML becomes the standard in the further communication development at printing processes-computers-web level, resulting in improved automatization system and computerizations of printing processes. The belonging matrices for prepress production have been defined and have been implemented in the production flow. In the area of graphic prepress, the several models using different values from matrices have been designed and experimental test on those models has been done under XML technology. There have been obtained the quantitative results that point to congestions in the graphic production chain and the load results of the single production prepress area. The contribution has been achieved through the detailed study per certain production area for the implementation of CIP4 automatization system in printing processes and thereby for the further introduction of JDF in the printing process.
