Abstract
Pravilnim izborom elementa kontrole kvalitete, može se utjecati na sam proces otiskivanja, predviđati njegova uspješnost i utvrditi uzrok grešaka. Sitotisak ima mogućnosti za poboljšanje otiska ili olakšavanje procesa ispravnim korištenjem elementa kontrole. Paser je jedan od takvih elemenata (tisak u dvije boje, gdje boje idu jedna do druge). U istraživanju su korišteni paseri, doziranje razmaka između sita i podloge, načini kako se kontroliraju potrebne temperature prilikomotiskivanja, pravilno sušenje otiska s obzirom na korištene materijale te očuvanje i briga o opremi na kojoj i s kojom se izvodi proces. Cilj jebio ispitati sve postojeće elemente i tako locirati prostor za eventualna poboljšanja. Metoda analiziranja temelji se na brzini i kvaliteti procesa te postotku neupotrebljivih otisaka. Prezentirati će se prednosti i mane novog sustava u odnosu na postojeći. Istraživanje je provedeno kroz 6 procesa otiskivanja, od kojih su 3 rađena uobičajenim paserima, a 3 procesa novim paserom.Svih 6 otisaka sadržavali su samo tekst i „outline“ te su bili u dvije boje.Rezultati istraživanja pokazali su značajno smanjenje potrebnog vremena za pripremu otiska (kod pasiranja),uklonjena je mogućnost grešaka prilikom otiskivanja (mokro na mokro) i ubrzan je sam proces otiskivanja zbog skraćenog vremena sušenja (za 2 sekunde po boji, ovisno o tiskovnoj površini).

Abstract in english: | By proper selection of elements of quality control, can affect the process of printing, predict its performance and identify the cause of errors. Screen printing has options for improving fingerprint or facilitating the process in the correct use of the element of control. paser is one of such elements (printing in two colors where the colors go to each other) . The investigation used paser, dosage spacing between screens and surfaces, ways and means to control the required temperature during printing, drying prints correctly with respect to the materials used and the preservation and care of the equipment that is running that process. The aim was to examine all the existing elements and so locate the space for possible improvements. The method of analysis is based on the speed and quality of the process and the percentage of unusable prints. It will be presented the advantages and disadvantages of the new system compared to the existing one. The survey was conducted through six printing processes, of which 3 are made by conventional paser, and 3 new process paser. All six prints contained only text and “outline” and were in two colors. The results showed a significant reduction in the time required for preparation of prints (with straining), removed the possibility of errors when printing wet on wet) and accelerated the process of printing due to the shorter drying time (2 seconds per color, depending on the printing surface). |
