Abstract
Tema rada se odnosi na izradu glazbenih plakata i reakciju ciljnih skupina na dvije vrste, minimalistički i kompleksni stil plakata. Glavna hipoteza je da su plakati kompleksnog stila bolji za odabrane glazbene pravce. Prikazan je kratki pregled povijesti i nastanka plakata, te pravila i principi koje nalaže grafički dizajn prilikom izrade plakata. Da bi se plakate moglo analizirati, potrebno je poznavati način na koji su osmišljeni i dizajnirani. Kompleksni stil plakata je zamišljen tako da sadržava ilustraciju, dok je minimalistički zamišljen kao reducirana verzija kompleksnog, gdje je glavni element određen jednim od elemenata plakata kompleksnog stila. Izabrano je 5 glazbenih pravaca za kojih će se izrađivati po jedan od svake vrste ranije spomenutih plakata. Preko anketa su dobiveni podatci uz pomoć kojih se pristupilo izradi plakata, koji plakat je bolje prihvaćen kod pojedine publike, nakon toga, kakvi su ti rezultati u usporedbi sa hipotezama.

Abstract in english: | The main subject of this thesis is design of music posters and the reaction of target audiences to minimalist and complex sytle posters. The main hypothesis is that complex posters are better for certain music genres. A short poster history overview is given, as well as rules and principles for poster design. In order to analyze and evaluate posters, it is neccessary to know the rules of poster design. The complex style posters are designed to contain an illustration, while the minimalist ones contain a reduced visual shape taken from the form of the complex poster. Five music genres are chosen, two posters were made for each genre, one minimalist and one complex style. The neccessary information for designs are collected through a questionnaire, and after the posters were made, target audiences were asked for the opinion on their acceptability regarding on the genre, and those results were compared to the hypothesis. |
