Abstract

Danas se mnoga grafička poduzeća nalaze na prekretnici opstanka na tržištu. Velika digitalizacija i razvoj suvremenih medija, prije svega interneta, doveli su do smanjenja potražnje za tiskarskim uslugama. Smanjenje potražnje se posebno odrazilo na ona grafička poduzeća koja su svoju proizvodnju orijentirali prema tisku knjiga, časopisa, novina itd. Poduzeća koja se suočavaju s problemima opstanka na tržištu moraju provesti reinženjering, odnosno reorganizaciju njihovih poslovnih procesa. U ovom diplomskom radu govorit će se o nekim metodama reinženjeringa koje se mogu primijeniti u proizvodnim procesima grafičkih poduzeća. Neke od tih metoda su: Kaizen, Just in time, 5S, Totalno produktivno održavanje (TPM). Pad potražnje za uslugama tiska se nije dogodio jedino kod tiska ambalaže i ambalažnih proizvoda gdje se, iz godine u godinu, bilježi sve veći rast. Iz tog razloga se mnoga grafička poduzeća odlučuju na reorganizaciju svoje proizvodnje usmjerenu upravo prema tisku ambalaže. U drugom dijelu ovog rada analizirano je stanje grafičkog poduzeća suočenog s padom potražnje za njihovim proizvodima te je detaljno opisan postupak reorganizacije poslovnih procesa tog poduzeća. Istraživanje koje je prikazano u ovom radu provodilo se putem anketa i to na zaposlenicima u raznim grafičkim poduzećima diljem Republike Hrvatske. Analizirala se produktivnost, odnos među ljudima, zadovoljstvo radnim okruženjem zaposlenih, njihova razmišljanja o promjenama u poduzeću i budućnosti njihovog poduzeća.

Abstract in english: Today, many graphic companies are at the crossroads of survival on the market. Digitization and development of modern media, especially the Internet has led to a reduction in demand for printing services. Demand reduction especially reflected on graphical companies which oriented their production to print books, magazines, newspapers, etc. Companies with survival problems on the market must implement reengineering and reorganization of their business processes. In this work there will be word about some re-engineering methods which can be applied in the production processes of graphic companies. Some of these methods are: Kaizen, Just in Time, 5S, Total productive maintenance (TPM). The decline in demand for printing services did not happen in packaging printing and packaging products, on the contrary it’s growing every year. Therefore, many graphic companies decided to reorganize production oriented toward the printing of packaging. In the second part this work will analyze the state of graphic company when it is faced with falling demand for their products, and step through the process of reorganization of business processes of the company. The research presented in this work was made on employees in various graphic companies across the Croatia. The research was made by using questionnaires. This work also analyzed the productivity, relationship between people, pleasure working environment of employees, their thinking about changes in the company and the future of their company.
