Abstract
Povećanjem zastupljenosti pametnih telefona na tržištu mobilnih uređaja, sve veći broj korisnika upotrebljava prvenstveno te uređaje za obavljanje radnji kao što su kupovina, organizacija vremena te konzumacija i izrada multimedijskih sadržaja. S obzirom na to, cilj ovog diplomskog rada je izrada dizajna i osmišljavanje funkcionalnosti te izrada prototipa multiplatformske aplikacije čija bi primarna namjena bila kupovina i rezervacija kino karata. Rad prikazuje različite metode istraživanja koje se upotrebljavaju pri izradi korisnički orijentiranog dizajna i upotrebljava te metode u vlastitom istraživanju. Glavni fokus istraživanja je na proučavanju korisničkih navika i ciljeva te dizajniranju korisničke interakcije u aplikaciji. Aplikacija je dizajnirana za posljednje verzije dva trenutno vodeća mobilna operacijska sustava; Apple-ov iOS te Google-ov Android. Glavne osobine aplikacije su intuitivnost sučelja, visoka razina interaktivnosti te minimalan broj akcija koje korisnik mora poduzeti za obavljanje željenih radnji. Sekundarne funkcije koje se nadovezuju na primarnu funkcionalnost kupovine ulaznica pokrivaju pregled i pretraživanje projekcija, prikaz detaljnih informacija o filmu s popratnim multimedijalnim sadržajima, integraciju s društvenim mrežama i personalizaciju aplikacije.

Abstract in english: | With an increase of smartphones available in the mobile market, an increasing number of users are primarily using those devices to perform actions such as shopping, time management and consuming and creating media content. With regard to this, the aim of this project is to develop an approachable design and functionality, as well as to make a working prototype of a multiplatform application with the primary function of buying and reserving movie theater tickets. This paper presents different research methods which are used for the development of user oriented design and shows how these methods were used in this particular research. The main focus of the research is studying the habits and goals of potential users and designing the methods of user interaction. The application will be designed for the latest versions of the two currently leading mobile operating platforms: Apple’s iOS and Google’s Android. The main features of the application are an intuitive interface, a high level of interactivity and a focus on keeping the number of required actions needed to do a desired task to a minimum. The secondary functions which supplement the main function of buying movie theater tickets cover browsing through currently available movies, viewing details about a particular movie and related multimedia content, integration with social networks and application personalization. |
