Abstract
Karakteristika ofsetnog tiska za razliku od drugih tehnika tiska je mogućnost tiska na različite vrste tiskovnih podloga. Ta karakteristika ofsetnog tiska moguća je zbog gumene navlake na prijenosnom cilindru koja se izvrsno prilagođava različitim gramaturama, hrapavostima i kvalitetama tiskovnih podloga. Kvaliteta ofsetnog tiska mijenja se ovisno o tiskovnoj podlozi na koju se tiska. Ne mogu sve tiskovne podloge postići istu kvalitetu. Na nekim podlogama ne može se postići kvaliteta kao na probnom otisku laserskim pisačem. Jedna od važnih karakteristika tiska je sposobnost prihvaćanja bojila na tiskovnu podlogu. Ta sposobnost se očituje u mogućnosti tiska s većom ili manjom gustoćom obojenja, a najveći utjecaj na to ima kvaliteta tiskovne podloge koja je u direktnoj vezi sa sušenjem bojila. Kada je tiskovna podloga manje kvalitetna, ukupni nanosi bojila na podlozi trebaju biti manji. U tim slučajevima koristi se GCR ili UCR metoda prilikom rastriranja u grafičkoj pripremi ili mogućnost mijenjanja gustoće obojenja za vrijeme tiska. Svaka tiskovna podloga ima određene karakteristike koje utječu na primanje bojila i refleksiju s površine koja ima utjecaj na konačni doživljaj kvalitete tiska.

| Abstract in english: | Characteristic of offset printing unlike many other printing techniques is the ability to print on different types of print media. This characteristic of offset printing is possible due to the rubber sleeve on the portable cylinder that perfectly adapts to different weights, roughness and qualities of print media. Quality of offset printing changes depending on what printing substrate we are printing. Not all printing substrate can achieve the same quality. On some surfaces can not be achieved quality as good as soft proof laser printer. One of the key features is the ability to accept printing ink to the printing surface. This ability is reflected in the printing options with a higher or lower density inks, and the greatest impact on the quality of a printing have substrate that is directly related to the drying inks. When the printing surface is smaller quality, the ink which is applied to the surface need to be smaller. In these cases, we use the UCR or GCR method while we screening in prepress or the possibility of changing the density tints during printing. Each printing substrate has specific characteristics that affect the acceptance of color and reflection from the surface which has an impact on the final experience of printing quality. |
