Abstract
Fleksotisak se od ostalih tehnika reprodukcije originala razlikuje po elastičnoj tiskovnoj formi. Tiskovne forme koje se danas primjenjuju u fleksotisku su većinom izrađene od fotopolimernih materijala. Postoje različiti načini dobivanja fotopolimernih tiskovnih formi te je u ovom radu obrađen postupak dobivanja fotopolimenih tiskovnih formi koje se izrađuju iz tekućih polimera. Taj princip izrade je specifičan iz razloga što je polimer u tekućem agregatnom stanju te je postupak izrade takve tiskovne forme drugačiji u određenoj mjeri od polimera koji je u krutom agregatnom stanju. U eksperimentalnom dijelu rada je opisana izrada i priprema za tisak tiskovne forme od tekućeg fotopolimera koja se koristi u tisku kartonske ambalaže. Definirani su uvjeti izrade i svojstva tiskovnih formi, a kao funkcionalni elementi koji definiraju kvalitetu dobivene forme i otiska određeni su visinom tiskovne forme, a izračunati pomoću koeficijenta produženja.

Abstract in english: | Flexography is a printing technique characterized by a flexible printing plate. Nowadays, printing plates are mostly made of photosensitive photopolymer. There are different plate making procedures for plates based on photopolymer and in this paper the principle of forming a liquid photopolymer was explained. Procedure for forming this kind of printing plates differs in particular stages from other polymer plates. Experimental part of the paper describes the plate making procedure and preparation of the printing plate from liquid photopolymer which is used in printing of a corrugated board. Every step in plate making process has been explained, the characteristics of the printing plates have been observed. Functional elements of the plates which define the quality of the plate and imprint have been defined through variability of height of polymer material and through calculation of distortion coefficient. |
