Abstract

U većini tiskarskih tehnika obojenje u tisku nije konstantan parametar. Navedeni problem još je bitniji u tisku ambalaže gdje prodaja nekog proizvoda može ovisiti o kvaliteti obojenja u tisku. U ovom diplomskom radu istraživala se realna proizvodnja u tisku na kartonskim podlogama. Mjereni uzorak, ambalaža proizvoda, ima strogo defi niranu boju po PANTONE skali koja je univerzalna i jednaka svugdje u svijetu. Izvršena su spektrofotometrijska mjerenja na otisnutim arcima i to na više pozicija ovisno o zonama i udaljenosti od čeonih marki te je zatim izračunata razlika boja (ΔE). Rezultati mjerenja prikazani su tabelarno i u trodimenzionalnom CIE L*a*b* sustavu te su međusobni odnosi uspoređivani s ciljem da se zaključi da li su obojenja unutar propisanih standarda i postoji li potreba za povećanom kontrolom kvalitete u tisku.

Abstract in english: In most printing techniques inking in the press is not a constant parameter. The above problem is even more important in packaging printing, where sales of a product may depend on the quality of the inking in the press. This thesis investigated the real output in print on cardboard. Measured sample, packaging products, has a strictly defi ned by PANTONE color scale that is universal and equal everywhere in the world. Spectrophotometric measurements were carried out on printed sheets and in several positions depending on the zones and distance from frontal brands and was then calculated color difference (ΔE). The measurement results are shown in tabular form in the three-dimensional CIE L*a*b* system and the relationships compared in order to conclude whether the coloration within the prescribed standards and the need for increased quality control in the press
