Abstract

U ovom radu uspoređene su razlike u tehničkoj kvaliteti fotografija snimljenih kompaktnim i SLR digitalnim fotoaparatom. Definirano je i određeno u kojim situacijama prednost ima kompaktni, a u kojim SLR digitalni fotoaparat. Pored ostalih, objašnjene su razlike koje se temelje na fizičkoj građi fotoaparata, kao što su optičko tražilo, fiksni i izmjenjivi objektivi i veličina senzora unutar samog fotoaparata. Daljnjim istraživanjem prikazano je kako te razlike zapravo utječu na proces fotografiranja, te samu tehničku kvalitetu fotografije. Za potrebe istraživanja povedeno je snimanje motiva koristeći kompaktni digitalni aparat Samsung i SLR digitalni aparat Canon, gdje oba fotoaparata imaju istu vrstu senzora – CCD. Pretpostavka da će SLR digitalni fotoaparati pokazati bolje rezultate. Ovisno o situaciji, negdje će prednost imati kompaktni fotoaparat. Potvrđeno je iz rezultata da je kvaliteta puno bolja na fotografijama koje su snimljene SLR digitalnim fotoaparatom, ali kompaktni fotoaparat ima veliku prednost kod funkcionalnosti i mobilnosti.

Abstract in english:	In this final paper, differences in the technical quality of photographs taken with compact and SLR digital camera were compared. Situations in which compact camera, and the ones in which SLR digital camera prevail are defined. In addition to others, differences based on camera's physical design, such as the optical viewfinder, fixed and variable lenses and sensor size within the camera itself were explained. Further research shows how those differences actually affect the process of taking photographs, i.e. the technical quality of the photograph. For the purpose of this research work, motives were photographed using a Samsung compact digital camera and Canon SLR digital camera, where both cameras have the same sensor type – CCD. Depending on the situation, somewhere the advantage will have a compact camera. It was confirmed from the results that the quality is much better in the photos that were taken with SLR digital camera, but compact camera has the great advantage of the functionality and mobility.
