Abstract

Tema ovog završnog rada je Fotografija i novinarstvo. Ideja i cilj jest da se pregledom literature iznese razvoj novinarstva s jedne i razvoj fotografije s druge strane te kao sinergija tih dvaju polja prouče načini na koje se fotografija ostvaruje kroz druge struke. Detaljnim prikazom sinteze novinarstva i fotografije prikazuje se zašto fotonovinarstvo kao kompaktnu cjelinu možemo smatrati svojevrsnim početkom multimedijskih komunikacija. Fotografske agencije, časopisi i ličnosti koje su izvršili znatan utjecaj na razvoj fotonovinarstva također su dio istraživanja ovog završnog rada. Što se tiče fotonovinarstva u Hrvatskoj, nezaobilazna tema je časopis Polet pa se prati njegov razvoj kao i djelovanje ljudi koji su sudjelovali u njegovom stvaranju.

Abstract in english:	The theme of this final work is Photography and Journalism. Rewieving the literature, the idea and the goal is to present the development of journalism and the development of photography and as the synergy of these two fields of study the ways in which the photography is active through other professions. Detailed view of the synthesis of journalism and photography shows why photojournalism as a compact unit can be seen as the beginning of multimedia communications. Photographic agencies, magazines and personalities that have made a significant impact on the development of photojournalism are also part of the research for this final work. As for photojournalism in Croatia, an unavoidable issue is the magazine Polet and its development as well as the efforts of people who participated in its creation.
