Abstract

Drvo kao glavni izvor sirovine u procesu proizvodnje papira je vrlo jak materijal sa mnoštvom različitih vrsta međumolekularnih veza. Tijekom procesa izrade papira dolazi pucanja velikog broja tih veza. Bez vode, jedne od glavnih komponenti, se ne može se zamisliti proizvodnja papira. Voda ima veliku ulogu u stvaranju i kidanju kemijskih veza. Sustav izrade papira je kompleksan, s mnogim mogućnostima za stvaranje i kidanje različitih kemijskih veza; ionskih, kovalentnih i vodikovih. Celuloza kao glavni materijal u proizvodnji papira je građena od skupine celuloznih lanaca povezanih vodikovom vezom. Razumijevanje ove kompleksnosti zahtjeva poznavanje osnovnih struktura i karakteristika atoma i molekula te kako oni utječu na različite tipove kemijskih veza.

Abstract in english:	Wood as a major source of raw material in the papermaking process is a very strong material with many different types of intermolecular bonds. During the process of making paper comes bursting of a large number of bonds. Without water, one of the main components can not imagine the production of paper. Water plays a major role in the formation and breaking of chemical bonds. The system of making paper is complex, with many options for creating and breaking different chemical bonds, usually ionic, covalent and hydrogen bonding. Cellulose as the main material in the production of paper is made up of groups of cellulose chains of connected hydrogen bonds. Understanding this complexity requires knowledge of the basic structure and properties of atoms and molecules and how they affect different types of chemical bonds.
