Abstract

Potreba da boljim promišljanjem na osnovnim iskustvima razvijamo metode kako da se rastuće probleme realizira uz što manje troškove, te se optimalizira vrijeme održavanja uz potrebu da se zadovolji niz osnovnih kriterija. Planiranje i organizacija krucijalni su za uspješno poslovanje, predviđanje i uklanjanje eventualnih negativnih utjecaja na tijek proizvodnje. U sustavu organizacije i planiranja karakteristike i potencijali pojedinaca nedostatni su za efikasno djelovanje, te je potreban sustav koji će to korigirati. Planiranje uz organizaciju, i poslovni plan ima zadatak da dijagnosticira stupanj efikasnosti za proizvodni proces, te stupanj efikasnosti za pojedine organizacijske jedinice. Metode održavanja definiraju učinkovitost i isplativost. U određenim uvjetima nemoguće je primijeniti određene metode, te ih zato definiramo strategijom održavanja i financijski najisplativijim modelom. Da bi se bilo kakav kvar otklonio nužno je imati rezervne dijelove koji se planiranjem pravodobno naručuju. Ciljevi održavanja su prvenstveno smanjenje troškova koji mogu nastati uslijed kvarova te, prouzročiti neželjena zakašnjenja ili nepotrebne još veće kvarove. Za provođenje eksperimentalnog dijela rada provedeno je 90 radnih dana u odjelu za revijalni tisak jedne Zagrebačke tiskare. Praćenjem rada kroz zadano vrijeme promatrani su kvarovi, te sustav održavanja, planiranja i djelotvornosti same organizacije. Pametnim planiranjem može se postići to da se maksimalno optimalizira vrijeme održavanja i omogući normalan tijek proizvodnje.

Abstract in english:	The need to better reflection on the basic experience of developing methods to realize the growing problems with the lowest costs, and optimizes the timing of the need to meet a number of basic criteria. Planning and organization are crucial to a successful business, predict and eliminate any negative impact on the course of production. In the system of organization and planning characteristics and potentials of individuals are insufficient for effective action, and needed a system that would be corrected. Planning the organization, and a business plan has the task to diagnose the degree of efficiency of the production process, and the degree of efficiency of individual organizational units. Maintenance methods define the efficiency and cost effectiveness. Under certain conditions, it is impossible to apply certain methods, and should therefore define the strategy of maintenance and cost-effective model. In order to eliminate any malfunction it is necessary to have spare parts that are planning timely ordering. Maintenance goals are primarily cost savings that may result from failures as well, cause unwanted delays or unnecessary even greater failures. To carry out the experimental part of the work was carried out 90 days a department revue releases a Zagreb printing. Monitoring of the specified time are observed failures, and system maintenance, planning and effectiveness of the organization. Smart planning can be achieved to the maximum optimizes maintenance time and allow the normal flow of production.
