Abstract
Web stranice postale su dijelom naše svakodnevnice – temelj svjetskog poslovanja, edukacije i civilizacijskog razvoja opcenito. Upotrebljivost web stranice, mjera do koje korisnici mogu koristiti sustav sa svrhom izvršavanja odredenih ciljeva na efektivan, efikasan i subjektivno zadovoljavajuci nacin, danas predstavlja faktor preživljavanja na Internetu - ako je web stranica problematicna za korištenje korisnici odlaze dalje. Ako pocetna stranica ne uspijeva jasno iskomunicirati što organizacija radi, ako se korisnici izgube tijekom pregledavanja stranice, otici ce. Kada je neka web stranica upotrebljiva, korisnik može ciniti što želi na nacin koji ocekuje da je to moguce, bez smetnji oklijevanja i nedoumice. Dizajn web stranice mora biti takav da i manje iskusnim korisnicima omoguci jednostavnu, brzu i ucinkovitu interakciju na web stranicama. U diplomskom radu teorijski je obraden pojam upotrebljivosti, web upotrebljivost, dizajn i korisnicko iskustvo, te je korištenjem tehnologije za pracenje pokreta oka istraženo koji su najfrekventnije posjeceni dijelovi odabranih web stranica.

Abstract in english: | Websites have become part of our everyday life – they are the basis for international business, education and civilization development generally. Website usability, the extent to which users can use the system for the purpose of carrying out certain objectives in an effective, efficient and subjectively satisfying way, has become one of the major factors for ‘survival’ on the Internet - if the website is unreasonably hard to use, the users move on to the next one. If the homepage fails to clearly communicate what exactly does the organization do, and if users get lost and confused while browsing the website, they will move on. If a website is usable, the user can do what he or she wants to do the way he or she expects to be able to do it, without hindrance, hesitation, or questions. Website design must enable simple, fast and effective interaction on the website for the less experienced users. In this thesis, we will theoretically examine the concept of usability, web usability, design and user experience, and we will also use eye movement tracking technology to examine the most frequently visited parts of the selected web pages. |
