Abstract

Kao što se i u ostalim industrijama u svijetu traži najkvalitetniji omjer između kvalitete i brzine ista situacija je i u grafičkoj. Kako tehnologija napreduje sve se lakše dobiva kvalitetan otisak pri velikim brzinama. Zbog toga u kalkulaciju ulazi sve više parametara o kojima ovisi otisak, a svaki od tih parametara moram imati svoju toleranciju koju je potrebno uzeti u obzir. Neki od parametara na koje se treba paziti kreću se od temperature okoline, temperature stroja, brzine stroja, gustoće boje, proizvođača boje itd. pa sve do znanja i sposobnosti strojara da uskladi sve njih. Na kraju svega toga treba uzmeti u obzir da svaka osoba drugačije percipira boju i došli se do jednog kompliciranog procesa u kojem je potrebno uskladiti mnogo parametara kako bih se zadovoljile želje klijenta koji misli da se tisak svodi na jednostavnu operaciju „File-Print“. Upravo u ovom radu će se pričati o toleranciji obojenja u tisku, koje su njezine pozitivne i negativne karakteristike te kako se ona regulira tokom tiska naklade kako bih bila unutar dopuštenih granica, a sve to će se pratiti na ofsetnom stroju.

Abstract in english:	Every industry in the world seek for the best ratio of quality and speed and the same situation is with graphic industry. As the technology progresses from day to day it is easier to get quality print at high speeds. Because of that our calculation contains even more parameters on which prints are depending and every one of that parameters must have their tolerance which we must take in consideration. Some of parameters that we have to consider are ambient temperatre, machine temperature, printing speed, color density , color manufacturer etc. and also knowledge and ability of machine operator to coordinate them all. In the end all that we have to take in consideration that every person sees colors in their own specific way and we came to one complicated proces in which we have to coordinate a lot of parameters to meet the wishes of a client who thinks that printing is easy as „File-Print“. In this paper we will talk about color tolerance in print, what are their pozitive and negative characteristic and how it is regulated through printing so it would be within aloud borders, and all of that we will track on ofset printing machine.
