Abstract
Primjena tehnike Ink Jet otiskivanja sve je češća pri otiskivanju na tkanine. Pritom je moguće primijeniti dva osnovna principa: direktno otiskivanje na tkanine i indirektno otiskivanje sa posredstvom transfera na tkanine. U ovom radu analiziran je indirektni termalni transfer koji se izvodi u 2 koraka: Ink Jet otiskivanjem na transfer medij te termalnim transferom na tkaninu. Pritom je korištena karakteristična transferna folija Iron On, koja je prilagođena za prihvat bojila na vodenoj bazi. Cilj ovog rada je određivanje razlike u obojenju između otisnute folije i transferirane folije na tkaninu kao i ponašanje tkanine nakon većeg broja pranja. Objektivna ocjena kvalitete reprodukcije postignuta je spektrofotometrijskom mjernom metodom (CIE LAB) na temelju koje je izračunata razlike u obojenju CIE ΔE2000. Rezultati prikazuju da će obje otisnute folije koje se transferiraju na pamučnu tkaninu svoje najveće promjene doživjeti nakon samog transfera. Nakon toga promjene koje se događaju ovise o temperaturi i broju pranja koji utječu na njih. Tako je uočeno da će otisci koji su prani na T=40°C svoje najveće promjena doživjeti nakon 3. pranja, dok će kod otisaka koju su prani na T=90°C najveća promjena nastati već nakon prvog pranja.

Abstract in english: | Ink jet printing tehnique is increasingly getting used when printing on fabrics. By doing that, two basic principles can be used: direct printing on fabrics or indirectly printing by means of fabric transfer. In this paper, we analyze indirect thermal transfer which is done in two steps: Ink Jet printing on transfer media and thermal transfer on fabric. Characteristic transfer foil - Iron On - is used in this process. This folie is adapted for dyestaff reception on water base. Purpose of this paper is determing a difference in dyeing between printed foil and transfered foil on fabrics, as is fabric reaction after multiple washes. Objective grade of reproductive quality is determined by spectrofotometric measuring method (CIE LAB). By using this method we can calculate difference in dyeing - CIE ΔE2000. Results are showing that both printed folies transfered on cotton fabric are bound to get their biggest changes immediately after the transfer itself. Changes that occur afterwards are dependable and affected by temperature and number of washes. It is measured that printings washed on temperature T=40°C receive its biggest changes after the third wash, and printings washed on temperature T=90°C immediately after the first wash. |
