Abstract

Fleksotisak konkurira ostalim tehnikama tiska jer nudi nižu cijenu i veću brzinu izrade tiskovne forme, dok kvalitetom tiska ne zaostaje u toj mjeri da gubi na konkurentnosti. Fleksotisak je zastupljen u mnogim područjima, a najveću primjenu ima u tisku ambalaže. Kako bi konkurirao ostalim tehnikama, mora zadovoljiti sve elemente kvalitetne reprodukcije među kojima je i reprodukcija bar koda. Bar kod je način označavanja proizvoda crnim i bijelim linijama koje se mogu pročitati određenim čitačima. Bitno je da bar kod bude reproduciran kvalitetno i točno kako bi ga bar kod čitač može prepoznati. U ovom radu govorit će se o reprodukciji linija u fleksografskom tisku. Na uzorcima otisnutim UV bojom i bojom na bazi otapala na polivinilkloridnoj podlozi, proučavat će se najbolja reprodukcija.

Abstract in english:	Flexography compete with other printing techniques because it offers lower cost and greater speed of printing forms, while print quality is is equal to that extent it loses its competition. Flexography is represented in many areas, the largest application is in printing packaging. To compete with other techniques, must meet all the elements of reproduction, including the reproduction of the bar code. Bar code is a way of marking the product in black and white lines that can be read by some readers. It is important that the barcode is reproduced with quality and true that it bar code reader can identify. In this paper It will be discussed about reproduction of lines in flexographic printing. It will be studied which, that are printed with UV ink and solvent ink on polyvinyl chloride substrate , will give the best reproduction.
