Abstract

Kvaliteta proizvoda ili usluga je vrlo značajna u svim granama proizvodnje ili poslovanja. Kontrolom kvalitete se proizvod ili usluga izlaže proučavanju putem mjerenja ili nadgledanja kako bi se utvrdilo da li taj proizvod zadovoljava određene specifikacije, standarde ili zahtjeve tržišta. Pristup dotičnoj disciplini olakšan je putem statističke kontrole kvalitete koja sadržava određene alate koji se upotrebljavaju za inspekciju procesa, proizvoda ili usluga. Vrlo važan alat su kontrolne karte koje pružaju grafički prikaz i praćenje o vrijednostima mjerenja i o njihovoj prirodi, odnosno nalazi li se ta vrijednost unutar ili van prethodno definiranih granica. Kontrolne karte se razlikuju ovisno o uporabi. Jedne su za mjerljive, a druge za atributivne karakteristike. Osim te podjele, postoje i podvrste tih karata koje se isto tako upotrebljavaju ovisno o promatranom procesu. Grafička djelatnost je jedna od mnogih koje koriste kontrolu kvalitete. Prije svega, u grafičkoj struci postoje određeni uvjeti koji se trebaju ispuniti kako bi se dobio ne samo kvalitetan proizvod i zadovoljstvo klijenta, nego i sukladnost s propisanim standardima. Jedan od mnogih parametara koji se mjere u tiskari, a time i najvažniji, jest gustoća obojenja na otisku.

Abstract in english:	The quality of the product or service is very important in all branches of production or business. Quality control of product or service is conducted through measuring and monitoring in order to determine whether that product or service meets certain specifications, standards and requirements. Implementation of this discipline is facilitated by using statistical quality control, which contains certain tools that are used for inspection of process, products or services. One of those very important tools, are control charts that provide graphic view and monitoring of measured values and their nature, whether the value is situated inside or outside of previously determined limits. Control charts can vary depending on use. There are control charts for variables and those that are used for attributs. Beside this division of charts, there are also subspecies of mentioned charts that are used depending on which process is being controlled. Graphic industry is one of many which use quality control. First of all, there are certain conditions to be fulfilled in order to make a good product and gain a customer's satisfaction, but also compliance to prescribed standards. One of many parameters being measured in printing, and therefore most important, is the color density.
