Abstract

Postupak izrade kvalitetnog grafičkog proizvoda ovisi o nizu parametara, a jedan od osnovnih je razina kvalitete izrade tiskovnih formi. U plošnom tisku, tiskovna forma ima tiskovne i slobodne površine u istoj geometrijskoj ravnini. Razlikuju se po svojim fizikalno – kemijskim svojstvima prihvaćanja bojila, odnosno otopine za vlaţenje. Za praćenje razine kvalitete izrade tiskovne forme za plošni tisak, postoji niz metoda kojima se mjere svojstva tiskovnih i slobodnih površina. Jedna od novijih metoda mjerenja kvalitete izrade tiskovne forme je metoda koja na temelju mikroskopske snimke i programa za slikovnu analizu daje rezultate pokrivenosti površine tiskovne forme. Program koji je u ovom radu korišten za slikovnu analizu je Image J. Obzirom da rezultati dobiveni slikovnom analizom ovise o mikroskopskoj snimci, u ovom radu je promatrano na koji način povećanje snimke utječe na vrijednost postotka pokrivenosti površine.

Abstract in english: The quality level of printing forms is one of the main factors in the production of high quality printed products. In offset printing, printing form has printing and non - printing surfaces in the same geometric plane. They are different in their physical and chemical properties of acceptance of the printing ink and the water. To follow the level of quality of printing forms making process for offset technique, there are series of methods which are used for measurement of printed and non printed areas. One of the newer methods of measuring quality of printing forms is an image analysis which gives the results of coverage area on the printing form on the base of the microscopic images. The program that was used for image analysis is the Image J. Considering the fact that the results which are given by image analysis depend on the microscopic image, in this paper it is observed on which way the increasing of the image affects on the coverage area value.
