Abstract

Ovaj rad počinje određivanjem najbitnijih elemenata u oblikovanju naslovnica albuma. Zatim slijedi analiza albuma sa stanovišta odluka koje je donosio grafički dizajer pri oblikovanju ovisno o žanru muzike i stilovima u dizajnu. Analiza obuhvaća primjere u kronološkom i žanrovskom presjeku kroz povijest. U završnom poglavlju obrađuje se utjecaj digitalizacije glazbe na vizualni aspekt u glazbenoj industriji.

Abstract in english:	This paper begins with the definition of the most important visual elements used for the design of a album sleeve. Following that is the analysis of album sleeves from the decision point of view by a graphic designer who designs a sleeve depending on the genre of music or design style. The analysis will include examples in a genre and chronological cross-section through history. In the ending chapter the influence of digitalization of music will be explained on it's visual aspect.
