Abstract
Zbog same prirode grafičkih strojeva, a to je velika preciznost i izdržljivost potrebno im je pružiti određenu njegu, tj nužno ih je periodički održavati kako bi osigurali njihov maksimalni vijek trajanja. Upravo zbog njihove preciznosti vrlo je važno da im tokom njihovog rada ne štete kojekvavi vanjski utjecaji od kojih su vibracije jedne od najčešćih. Pravilnim održavanjem i korištenjem za to prikladne opreme vrlo lako možemo spriječiti bilo kakav zastoj u našoj proizvodnji. Za mjerenje vibracija na Heidelberg Speedmasteru korišten je Vibscanner njemačke tvrtke PRÜFTECHNIK. Nakon mjerenja i kolektiranja podataka u memoriju uređaja vrijednosti su premještene u program Omnitrend od istoimene tvrtke te tamo podrvgnuti daljnoj analizi.

Abstract in english: | Because of the very nature of graphic machines, which is great dexterity and endurance, it is necessary to attend to them in certain maintenance perspective i.e. it is necessary to give them periodically maintenance to ensure their maximum performance and endurance. It is very important, due to their dexterity, to ensure minimum of outside influences, such as vibrations, during their working time. With the right maintenance tools we can very easily prevent any kind of failure in our production. For the vibration measurement on the Heidelber Speedmaster we used Vibscanner instrument from the German company PRÜFTECHNIK. After the measurements ant the collecture of data into the devices memory the data was transferred via USB cable into the Omnitrend software made by the same company where we did a number of analysis tasks. |
