Abstract
Danas uređaj za bojenje u ofsetnom tisku izgleda ovako: bojanik, duktor, prijenosni valjak – heber, valjci razribači, vezni valjci i valjci nanosači boje.

Abstract in english: | Today, the press is greatly modernized in all segments. Observationing the unit for dyeing in a variety of printing techniques, we can also see progress in the modernization of technology. As in any printing technique is different printing units, as there are devices for dyeing. The flatbed ink unit today looks something like this: ink fountain, ink fountain roller, transfer roller – vibrator roller, rider rollers, distributor rollers and ink form rollers. Potential and quality of waterless offset is very large. Printing inks and different qualities of rubber cover are affecting the quality of waterless printing operations. Conventional ink units contain 15 rollers and systems for automatically opening zone for dispensing paint. Indigo printing is applied ink only to the surface of imaginary picture that the laser creates in the "image" cylinder. These colored images are first printed on rubber cylinder and with the help of the printing cylinder onto the paper. Ink unit in letterpress printing contains: a central system of bringing color to the pump and control valveđ, ink fountain, sub-assemblies for feeding paint, rider rollers and ink form rollers. Ink unit in gravure printing consists of: ink fountain with the pump for paint, system for installation and closure of the printing forms, doctor blade, rollers of the transport tape printing substrate. With digital printing there are no classic ink unit, or classic printing forms. On elements of the printing press is associated color (toner), which is opposite electronic resource potential of the printing elements. |
