Abstract

Osnovne komponente ink jet bojila na bazi vode su nositelji obojena (izvorno obojene tekućine), aditivi, tvari za zadržavanje vlage i voda. Izvorno obojene tekućine (dye bojila) su potpuno raspršene i otopljene u vodi. U radu je ispitano pročiščavanje sintetske otpadne vode pripremljene otapanjem magenta ink jet bojila na bazi vode (Epson) u destiliranoj vodi. Ispitano je pročiščavanje ultrazvučnim ozračivanjem, adsorpcijom/oksidacijom na greensandu i kombinacijom ultrazvuka i greensanda. U dobivenim efluentima mjereni su parametri: ukupni organski ugljik (UOU), biokemijska potrošnja kisika (BPK5) i kemijska potrošnja kisika (KPK).

Abstract in english: The basic components of inkjet dyes are water-based carriers colored (originally colored liquid), additives, humectants and water. Originally colored liquid (dye colorants) are completely dispersed and dissolved in water. The study cleanses synthetic wastewater prepared by dissolving magenta inkjet dyes in water-based (Epson) in distilled water. Tested it cleanses ultrasonic irradiation, adsorption / oxidation of the greensand and the combination of ultrasound and greensand. The effluents obtained parameters were measured: total organic carbon (TOC), biochemical oxygen demand (BOD5) and chemical oxygen demand (COD).
