Abstract
Oni će dati blage sjene i prigušenije tonove kakvi odgovaraju željenoj atmosferi.

Abstract in english: | Portrait photography is conditioned the most by the source of lighting. In this thesis, it will be discussed what are the conditions of lighting in daylight and closed space. Light, that gives life to photography, always acts the same, it is upon the photographer that will use it in the given conditions and create the wanted atmosphere. For romantic and informal portraits it is used diffused lighting, which means that the photographer has to use reflective or diffusing surfaces. They will give soft shadows and dim tones that correspond with the wanted atmosphere. On the other side, if it is needed to create more dramatic or formal portraits, the photographer will use direct types of lighting, that will with their contrast shape the strong structures of the portrait face. In this thesis, it will be mentioned what types and ways of lighting are used and how with their usage you can create mix of effects. For the purposes of this thesis, there was a practical work made that consists of authors photographing made with modulation of light on the portrait. Thus it was wanted to try out the studied ways of setup and types of lighting, that are discussed in the theoretical part. After that, analysis of the authors portraits and conclusion follows. |
