Abstract
Ofsetni je tisak u današnje vrijeme najzastupljenija tehnika tiska. Sukladno tome, svaki smo dan svjedoci sve veće potražnje za što kvalitetnijim grafičkim proizvodima. Budući da tržište grafičkih proizvoda postaje sve zahtjevnije po pitanju kvalitete, sve se više pridodaje pažnja odabiru materijala koji se koriste tijekom tiska. Iznošenjem problematike kvalitete i ostalih parametara koji na nju utječu unutar proizvodnje, optimalizacijom će se pokušati osigurati što kvalitetniji grafički proizvod. U ovom se radu proučava revijalna proizvodnja, u tiskari gdje su zahtjevi za kvalitetom od velikog značaja. Ustanovljava se način tehničkog uređivanja i vođenja nakladom te se opisuju i analiziraju problemi koji se javljaju unutar proizvodnje. Postupak proizvodnje opisan je od dogovora s naručiteljem pa sve do isporuke. Kontrola kvalitete prikazana je mjerenjem kontrolnih stripova uzetih iz naklade u svrhu dobivanja vrijednosti gustoće obojenja za izračunavanje prirasta RTV te mjerenjem CIE L*a*b* vrijednosti za konstrukciju gamuta.

Abstract in english: | Offset printing is nowadays the most common printing technique. Accordingly, every day we are witnessing the increasing demand for high-quality printed products. As the market of printed products is becoming more demanding in terms of quality, more and more attention is placed to the selection of materials used during printing. Speaking about quality problems and other parameters that affect it within production, optimization will try to ensure the quality of graphics product. In this graduate thesis we will study rotary offset production, in a print shop where the quality requirements are of high importance. It establishes the way of technical editing and managing circulation and describes and analyzes the problems that arise within the production. A method of manufacturing is described from the agreement with the commissioning party to the delivery of finished products. Quality control is shown by measuring the control strips taken from circulation to obtain the density value of the color fastness, to calculate reproduction (dot gain) curve and measuring the CIE L*a*b* values for the construction of the gamut. |
