Abstract
U ovom radu istražit će se utjecaj različitih vrsta i gramatura papira na kvalitetu forme bešavnog uveza. Kvaliteta uveza procjenjivat će se kvantitativnom metodom, odnosno mjerenjem sile kidanja pojedinačnog lista papira iz knjižnog bloka pomoću kidalice. Karakteristike knjižnog bloka bit će jednake za sve vrste i gramature papira. Meko uvezane knjige bit će lijepljene HM ljepilom, a za izradu knjižnog bloka koristit će se bezdrvni i reciklirani papiri različitih gramatura, te voluminozni papiri s udjelom drvenjače. Prosječna vrijednost sile kidanja (N/cm) usporedit će se s ocjenom kvalitete uveza prema standardu FOGRA. Forma bešavnog uveza knjižnog bloka pretežito se upotrebljava kod knjiga za višekratnu upotrebu, odnosno knjiga većeg opsega gdje uveznu formu šivanja žicom nije moguće ostvariti. U ovom radu promatrat će se dječje knjige edukativnog sadržaja za višekratnu upotrebu. Knjige će biti podijeljene prema namjeni u dvije kategorije. Knjige namijenjene za crtanje i pisanje (crtančice, vježbenice, mozgalice,…) i knjige za čitanje (slikovnice, albumi). Cilj je utvrditi, za obje kategorije knjiga, koji papir s obzirom na vrstu i gramaturu daje najbolju kvalitetu bešavnog uveza.

| Abstract in english: | This paper will explore the impact of different types and weights of paper on quality of form of perfect binding. The quality of the binding will be evaluated by quantitative analysis i.e. by measurement of tear force of cut of a single paper sheet from the book block by using the test machine. Features of the book block will be the same for all types and weights of paper.Soft bounded books will be glued with HM adhesive, and for making the book block will be used woodfree recycled paper of different weights, and voluminous papers with a share of mechanical pulp. The average value of breaking force (N/cm) will be compared with the quality grade of binding according to FOGRA standard. Perfect binding form of the book block is predominantly used in the books for multiple usage, i.e. larger books in which binding form of stitching with a wire cannot be achieved. This paper will observe children's books of educational content for multiple usage. The books will be divided according to purpose into two categories; books for drawing and writing (drawing books, workbooks, puzzles ...) and reading books (picture books, albums). The objective is to determine, for each category of books which paper with respect to type and weight ensures the best quality of perfect binding. |
