Abstract
Trodimenzionalna tehnologija tiska je jednostavan i brz način izrade prototipova. 3D objekti nastaju stvrdnjavanjem uzastopnih slojeva, presjeka objekta. Tehnologija je vrlo korisna u industrijskom dizajnu ali također i u medicini, arhitekturi, građevini, umjetnosti i gotovo svim granama industrije i istraživanja. Osim brze izrade prototipa olakšava vizualizaciju različitih ideja te omogućuje lakšu i jednostavniju komunikaciju sa klijentima i suradnicima. Diplomski rad se sastoji se od teorijskog te eksperimentalnog dijela. Teorijski dio je uvod u 3D tehnologiju, objašnjava različite tehnologije brze izrade prototipova te navodi mogućnosti njihove primjene. Eksperimentalni dio posvećen je istraživanju problematike vođenja 3D tiska pri izradi prototipova. Prikazan je uređaj korišten u istraživanju, njegove specifikacije, osnovni dijelovi i princip rada. Navedeni su također korišteni softveri i njihovi alati. U svrhu istraživanja, u Solid Works programu, kreiran je model koji je ispisan pod različitim uvjetima i s različitim postavkama. Analizom ispisanih modela utvrđeni su parametri koji utječu na kvalitetu ispisa 3D objekta na odabranom uređaju.

Abstract in english: | 3D printing technology is a simple nad quick way of making prototypes. In 3D printing technology, objects are being created by induration of multiple successive layers, cross-object. This technology is very useful not in industrial design only but in medicine, architecture, construction, art and every aspect of industry and researching also. Besides fast prototypes production it helps visualizing all kinds of ideas and facilitates communication with clients and associates. This thesis consists of theoretic and experimental parts. Theoretic part is basically introduction with 3D technology, explains rapid prototyping technologies and their use. Experimental part covers 3D printing issues which can occur while making prototypes. 3D printer used in this research is presented with it's specifications, parts and working principle. Software and their tools used will also be presented. For research purposes, 3D model is created in Solid Works software, and printed under different conditions. Based on a model of printed under various conditions, experiments determined which parameters, have influence in quality of printed 3D objects, considering specific device used for printing. |
