Abstract
Cilj ovog završnog rada je opisati uređaj Lorentzen & Wettre za mjerenje momenta savijanja i dati prijedlog modela održavanja uređaja. U teoretskom dijelu rada opisati će se teorije održavanja uređaja i opisati funkcije zadanog uređaja Lorentzen & Wettre: njegov tehnički opis, instalacija, opis pravilnog rukovanja odnosno primjenu, opis testova koje takav uređaj može obavljati. Opisat će se testovi otpornost na savijanje, krutost te otpornost na žljebljenje. Za svaki primjer testa bit će opisane detaljne upute za vođenje svakog testa pojedinačno. U praktičnom dijelu završnog rada biti će prijedlog načina održavanja uređaja i pomoću jednog primjera mjerenja provjeriti će se ispravnost stroja i funkcionalnost uputa za rukovanje i održavanje.

| Abstract in english: | The aim of this final paper is to describe the device Lorentzen & Wettre to measure bending moment and make proposals to the maintenance model of the device. In the theoretical part of the paper will describe the theory of maintaining equipment and describe the function of the default device Lorentzen & Wettre: its technical description, installation, description of proper handling and application, a description of the tests that such a device can perform. It will be describe the tests resistance of bending, stiffness and resistance to creasability. For each example, the test will be described detailed instructions for conducting each test individually. In the practical part of the dissertation will be a proposal of maintenance device and using an example measurement to verify the accuracy of the machine and the functionality of the operating and maintenance. |
