Abstract
U ovom završnom radu opisan je uređaj Lorentzen & Wettre za mjerenje otpornosti valovite ljepenke na gnječenje i preporučit će se model održavanja uređaja. U teoretskom dijelu rada biti će teorija održavanja uređaja te opis funkcija zadanog uređaja Lorentzen & Wettre: njegov tehnički opis, instalacija, opis pravilnog rukovanja odnosno primjena i opis testova koje takav uređaj može obavljati. Opisat će se otpornost ravne površine valovitog kartona na tlačnu silu, otpornost papira za val prema pritisku te otpornosti brida valovitog kartona na tlačnu silu. Za svaki test bit će opisane detaljne upute za vođenje svakog testa pojedinačno. U praktičnom dijelu završnog rada biti će prijedlog načina održavanja uređaja dok će se pomoću primjera mjerenja rubne otpornosti na pritisak provjeriti ispravnost stroja i funkcionalnost uputa za rukovanje i održavanje.

| Abstract in english: | The aim of this final paper is to describe the device Lorentzen & Wettre to measure resistance of Corrugated cardboard on crunching and suggest maintenance model of device. In the theoretical part of the paper it will be described the theory of maintaining equipment and describe the function of the default device Lorentzen & Wettre: its technical description, installation, description of proper handling and application, a description of the tests that such a device can perform. Tests that will be described such a tests of resistance to crushing, peripheral resistance to crushing and testing ripple corrugated cardboard. For each example, the test will be described and will be given detailed instructions for conducting each test individually. In the practical part of the final paper there will be a proposal of maintenance device and using an example measurement to verify the accuracy of the machine and the functionality of the operating and maintenance. |
