Abstract
Od pojave do komercijalne valorizacije valovitog kartona prošlo je gotovo 100. godina, međutim valoviti karton, i proizvodi od valovitog kartona postali su u zadnjih par desetljeća strateška sirovina koja se koristi za transport/skladištenje cijele lepeze proizvoda, te za izradu samostalne ambalaže za prezentaciju proizvoda. Sa sve većom zastupljenosti valovitog kartona u industriji rastu i inovacije, istraživanja i unaprjeđenja u navedenom području. Dolazi do inovacije u korištenju samih materijala, ljepila, boja te drugih sirovina za izradu valovitog kartona. Također, ogroman napredak omogućava i kontinuiran razvoj svih oblika strojeva za izradu i obradu valovitog kartona, u kombinaciji sa razvojem računalnih tehnologija za navedeno polje. U ovom radu ću opisati teorijski aspekt proizvodnje valovitog kartona kroz sve njegove faze, te pobliže opisati sve sastavnice valovitog kartona. Kroz video zapis dodatno ćemo korisniku približiti sam proces i sve podprocese izrade valovitog kartona. Sama svrha izrade rada je edukativna, te će ista biti korištena u nastavne svrhe na kolegiju Ambalaža 1. Na kraju procesa provedena je anketa u kojoj su ispitanici ocijenili kvalitetu rada, prikazanog procesa, s kojom sam dobila uvid u kvalitetu edukativnog materijala s kojim korisnik može steći teorijska, ali i praktična znanja o navedenoj temi.

| Abstract in english: | Almost 100 years has passed since the appearance, to the commercial valorization of corrugated cardboard but corrugated cardboard and products made form it have become a strategic raw material that is used for transport and storage of a wide variety of products as well as for the production of independent packaging for the presentation of products. With wider representation of corrugated cardboard, innovations, research and improvements are on the rise in the industry of the area in question. We can see innovation in the use of the materials themselves, glues, paints and other raw materials used for the production of corrugated cardboard. Likewise, massive progress enables the continued development of all the machinery used for the production and processing of corrugated cardboard in combination with the development of computer technologies in the aforementioned field. In this essay I will describe the theoretical aspect of the production of corrugated cardboard through all of its phases, as well as more closely describe all the components of corrugated cardboard. We will bring the process itself further closer to the user by using a video file. The purpose of this essay is educational, and the essay will be used for teaching purposes in the course “Ambalaža 1”. At the end of the process, we conducted a survey where the participants rated the quality of the essay, which gave me insight into the quality of the educational material with which the user can gain theoretical, but also practical, knowledge of the specified theme. |
