Abstract

Ovaj završni rad bavi se tematikom tiska Brailleovog pisma kao najraširenijeg i najpraktičnijeg pisma kojim se služe slijepi. Cilj rada jest opis procesa nastanka točkastog reljefnog pisma na ambalažnom materijalu te kontrola istog. Prikaz svojstva materijala (tiskovne podloge) potrebnog za takav otisak te pripremu i tisak kojim se postiže Brailleovo pismo. Taktilnost kao grafički element osnova je pisma za slijepe, unatoč brojnim mogućnostima dobivanja istoga, u ovome radu spominje se tehnika čelično reljefnog tiska. Sve navedeno prikazano je kroz praktični primjer tiska Brailleovog pisma na ambalažnom proizvodu.

Abstract in english:	This final thesis deals with the theme of Braille printing as the most widespread and most practical type of writing and lettering used by the blind. The aim of this paper is to describe the process of formation of a dotted embossed letters on the packaging material and its control. It contains display of material properties (printing substrate) required for such a print, the preparation and printing techniques. Tactility as a graphic element is the basis of lettering for the blind. Despite numerous options to obtain the wanted result, the technique mentioned in this paper is the emboss (steel relief) printing. All of this is presented through a practical example of Braille printing on a packaging product.
