Abstract

Cilj ovog završnog rada je prikazati i odrediti postupke ručnog uveza knjige - od pripreme i tiska, do povezivanja knjižnog bloka s koricom. Planiranje, oblikovanje i projektiranje knjige će se razraditi prema tehničkim, materijalnim i estetskim načelima. O navedenim elementima ovisi i čitljivost knjige. Potrebna je dvostruka odgovornost prema radu: u području tehničko-tehnoloških kompetencija i vlastitog iskustva studenta. Predmet istraživanja je spomenar, a napravit će se njegove tri različite knjižne izvedbe: meki, tvrdi i mehanički uvez. Intelektualni sadržaj, korištena vrsta papira za izradu knjižnog bloka, opseg i format knjige ostaju nepromijenjeni, dakle mijenjaju se vrsta i forma uveza knjige. utvrđivanje i procjena kvalitete knjižne izvedbe biti će u skladu s njezinom klasifikacijom. Analiza tehničko-tehnoloških parametara knjige i utrošaka materijala (papir, konac, ljepilo) potvrdit će izravno koja je knjižna izvedba najprikladnija s aspekta njezine namjene.

Abstract in english:	The goal of this thesis is to display and define the process of binding the handmade book - from the preparation, the letterpress to the connecting of the book block with the cover. The Planning, forming and the designing is done according to the technical, material and esthetic principles. The readability of the book depends from the above mentioned norms. Double responsibility is necessary towards the thesis: firstly in the technological field and secondly in the personal experience of the student. The subject of the research is scrapbook, and it consists of three parts; soft, hard and mechanical binding. The intellectual content consists of the used form of paper for the making of the book block, the range and format of the book remain the same, hence the form and the shape are modified. The establishment and evaluation of the quality of the book's construction will be according to it's classification. The analyses of the technical parameters and the consumption of materials (paper, rope, glue) will directly confirm which performance is the most appropriate from the aspect of it's purpose.
