Abstract

U općem dijelu rada dat je teoretski pregled kemijske deinking flotacije. Svrha rada je utvrditi utjecaj sastava bojila i lakiranja otisaka različitim vrstama lakova na karakteristike recikliranih vlakanaca. Promatrat će se utjecaj tiskovne podloge na svojstva recikliranih vlakanaca i uspješnost deinking flotacije. Otisci su načinjeni s bojilima na bazi biljnih ulja, na bazi mineralnog i biljnog ulja i s konvencionalnim ofsetnim bojilom. Koriste se UV sušeći lak i vododisperzivni lak. Karakteristike i uspješnost deinking flotacije promatra se slikovnom analizom i optičkim svojstvima vlakanaca. Rezultati su statistički obrađeni i diskutiraju se u odnosu na sastav spomenutih tiskarskih materijala i karakteristike recikliranih vlakanaca. U radu će se, također opisati utjecaj grafičkog proizvoda na okoliš kroz životni ciklus i mogućnosti u izboru materijala koje pridonose većoj ekološkoj povoljnosti proizvoda.

Abstract in english:	The theoretical review of the chemical deinking flotation is given in the general fraction of the thesis. The purpose of the thesis is to establish the influence the print made of different dye and polish compositions has on the characteristics of recycled fibers. The influence that the printing basis has on the fiber characteristics, as well as the efficiency of the chemical deinking flotation is observed in the thesis. Paper made of tree-free fiber, postindustrial waste and coating is the paper used as the printing basis. The prints are made of two dies based on vegetable oil, with different amount, and a conventional offset dye. In this thesis, I have used an UV polish and a water dispersive polish. The characteristics and the efficacy of the chemical deinking flotation is determined by an imaging analysis and the optical features of the fibers. The outcomes are statistically processed and are being discussed regarding the composition of the print basis and the characteristics of the recycled fibers. Also, he thesis describes the leverage of graphic product on the environment through the lifecycle and the possibilities which contribute better ecological quality of the product.
