Abstract

U radu se prikazuju načini i mogućnosti uvođenja različitih multimedijskih elemenata na web stranicu. Analizira se prikladnost pojedinih formata audio i video datoteka te formata za uvođenje slika na web stranicu. Uspoređuje se kompatibilnost pojedinih formata s najpoznatijim web preglednicima kao što su Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox i Internet Explorer te kompatibilnost formata i HTML tagova za uvođenje multimedijskih elemenata. Rezultati su prikazani na web stranici, koja sadržava sve multimedijske elemente, dakle tekst, slike, audio i video datoteke te animaciju. Web stranica s multimedijskim elementima izrađena je isključivo pomoću HTML-a i CSS-a. Time se prikazuje na koje se načine multimedijskim elementima može utjecati na korisnika. Isto tako, prikazuje se kako i koji od tih elemenata doprinose vizualnom dojmu, interaktivnosti i dinamičnosti web stranice, odnosno kako se pomoću njih može upravljati različitim informacijama s ciljem kvalitetnijeg prijenosa istih.

Abstract in english:	This paper shows all the ways and possibilities of introducing different multimedia elements to a web page. The suitability of individual formats of audio and video files are analyzed, along with the formats for implementing images to a website. The compatibility of certain formats with the most common web browsers are compared, with an emphasis on the compatibility of HTML tags for each multimedia element. Results are displayed on a web page, which contains all the multimedia elements, i.e. text, images, audio and video files and an animation. The web page with multimedia elements is made exclusively in HTML and CSS. The multimedia elements and their effects on the user are presented. Additionally, the effects of these elements on the visual appearance are analyzed, i.e. how to use them to manage a different types of information, with the aim for their better transmission.
