Abstract

Abstract in english: | The naked body, experienced through different eyes and interpertations throught the history of fine arts, appears as one of more significant themes of many artists' works. The nude is one of the most beautiful, as well as one of the most difficult genre of photography. It is a study of naked human figure which tries to show the harmony of shapes and accentuate the beauty. The nude photography doesn't usually show the face of the model as the focus would rather be on the human body than the model's personality. The primary goal of the nude is the representation of the lines and the form of the human figure. A whole body or only one part of it can be photographed. Depending on the artist's idea, models can be photographed separately or as a group. When taking these photos it is important to be prudent while using elements of composition and suitable principles of composing, also to give special significance to the light, contrast, rhythm and balance. It is important to emphasize that photography of the nude is not pornography, rather it is the representation of perfection and purity of the human body. Today, this genre of photography is well developed thanks to many photographers. This final thesis includes, besides the theoretical discussion on nude photography, original photos by the author which are technically and syntactically analyzed. |
