Abstract

Naslov ovog diplomskog rada je „Ilustracija poezije“. U radu se tema obrađuje s teorijskog aspekta, uz analizu ponekih primjera, a zatim se pristupa eksperimentalnom, to jest, praktičnom dijelu rada u kojemu se izrađuju izvorne ilustracije za deset različitih odabranih pjesama. Teorijski dio obuhvaća područja iz teorije književnosti i likovnosti. U dijelu rada koji se odnosi na teoriju književnosti, izlažu se i objašnjavaju neki osnovni pojmovi koji su specifični za poeziju, poput prirode stiha, ritma, razmještaja stihova u strofe, te vrste stihova i strofa, slobodnog stiha i interpretacije. U dijelu rada koji se odnosi na likovnost, navode se i objašnjavaju osnovni likovni elementi poput točke, linije i plohe, perspektive, crteža i boje. Također se opisuju različiti materijali, te klasične crtačke, slikarske i slikarsko-grafičke, kao i digitalne tehnike koje se koriste pri ilustraciji poezije i koje se u praktičnom dijelu rada koriste za izradu izvornih ilustracija. U posljednjem, praktičnom dijelu rada apliciraju se tehnike, znanja i metode koje su iznesene u teorijskom dijelu rada, te se pomoću različitih navedenih likovnih tehnika izrađuju izvorne ilustracije za deset različitih pjesama.

Abstract in english:	The title of this graduate thesis is “Illustration of poetry”. The subject is first approached from a theoretical aspect, with an analysis of a few examples, and then it is approached from an experimental point of view in the last part of the thesis, which consists of ten different illustrations of selected poems. Theoretical part is consisted of literary theory and visual artistry. In the part of the thesis which covers literary theory, some basic terms, which are specific to poetry, for example the nature of a verse, rhythm, the alignment of verses into stanzas, types of verses and stanzas, free verse and interpretation, are represented and explained. In the artistry part of the thesis some fundamental elements of visual arts, such as dot, line, shape, perspective, drawing and colour are demonstrated. Different materials, classic drawing, painting and painting-graphic, and digital techniques which are used in illustration of poetry are also included here. These techniques were used in the making of the original illustrations. In the last part of the thesis techniques, methods and knowledge from the theoretical part of the thesis are applied, and with different art techniques original illustrations are created for ten poems.
