Abstract
Termin Kaizen je riječ usvojena iz japanskog jezika koja se odnosi na filozofiju ili praksu usmjerenu ka kontinuiranom poboljšanju i napretku sfera proizvodnje, inţenjeringa i poslovanja, a znači unaprjeĎenje ili promjenu na bolje. Ovaj princip se takoĎer primjenjuje i u medicini, psihijatriji, bankarstvu i drugim drţavnim i privatnim poduzećima. Kaizen je prvi put implementiran u nekoliko japanskih poduzeća tijekom oporavka zemlje poslije Drugog svjetskog rata i od tada se proširio i na poslovanje diljem svijeta. Pet glavnih elemenata Kaizena su: timski rad, osobna disciplina, poboljšani moral, odrţavanje kvalitete te prijedlozi za poboljšanje. Kaizen je prije svega svakodnevno poboljšanje, kontinuirano poboljšanje. Kaizen je poboljšanje svih: radnika, menadţera, inţenjera. Ne samo na razini proizvodnja-poduzeće, već i upravljanja, menadţmenta, marketinga. U diplomskom radu je objašnjena primjena Kaizena, prikazana je uspješna i neuspješna primjena Kaizena na raznim poduzećima u Svijetu. U eksperimentalno dijelu napravljeno je istraţivanje prihvatljivosti Kaizena u Hrvatskoj te je na odreĎenom poduzeću simulirana primjena Kaizena.

Abstract in english: | The term Kaizen is a word adopted from the Japanese language that refers to a philosophy or practice-oriented continuous improvement and progress of the sphere of production, engineering and business, and means unraprijeĎenje or change for the better. This principle is also applied in medicine, psychiatry, banking and other state and private firms. Kaizen was first implemented in several Japanese companies during the recovery of the country after World War II and has since spread to business worldwide. The five main elements of Kaizen are: teamwork, personal discipline, improved morale, maintaining quality, and suggestions for improvement. Kaizen is primarily daily improvement, and continuous improvement. Kaizen is improving all: employees, managers, engineers. Not only at the level of the workshop-factory, but also governance, management, marketing.. In graduate work is explained the application of Kaizen, is shown successful and unsuccessful application of Kaizen to various companies in the world. In the experimental part of the research was acceptability of Kaizen in Croatia, and a implementation of Kaizen in a certain graphics company. |
