Abstract
Svi mi najprije jedemo našim očima. Iz tog je razloga potrebno uložiti poseban trud prilikom prezentacije jela. Fotografija hrane spada u komercijalnu fotografiju, čiji je zadatak stvoriti atraktivne i privlačne fotografije za razne namjene. Ovakve fotografije nalaze svoje mjesto u brojnim časopisima, menijima, kuharicama te ostalim područjima oglašavanja i reklamiranja. Izrada samih fotografija vrlo je kompleksan posao. Potrebno je dobro osvjetljenje, dobro odabran kut fotografiranja, odabir boja na tanjuru, brojni rekviziti koji će uljepšati hranu, brzina, fokus, jednostavnost itd. Digitalna obrada također ima važan dio u cijelom postupku fotografiranja. Postoje dva pristupa stiliziranja hrane: prirodan i umjetan. Prirodan pristup, kao što mu ime govori, održava autentičnost i jestivost samog jela, a umjetan pristup koristi jestive i nejestive trikove kako bi jelo izgledalo lijepo i privlačno. U radu se uspoređuju i ispituju ova dva pristupa fotografiji hrane.

Abstract in english: | We eat with our eyes first. Therefore, it is necessary to make a special effort during the presentation of food. Food photography is one of the commercial photography, whose task is to create eye-catching and attractive photos for different purposes. These photos find their place in numerous magazines, menus, cooks, and other areas of advertising and marketing. Making photos themselves is very complex job. It takes good lighting, well- selected angle shooting, select the color on the plate, numerous props that will enhance the food, speed, focus, simplicity, etc. Digital processing also has an important part in the entire picture. There are two approaches of styling food: natural and artificial. A natural approach, as its name implies, maintains the authenticity and edibility of the meal, while artificial approach used edible and inedible tricks to food looked beautiful and attractive. This work compares and examines these two approaches of food photography. |
