Abstract
Uz današnju tehnologiju, nezamislivo je izraditi uspješnu web-stranicu ili aplikaciju bez ispitivanja korisničkog iskustva. Korisničko iskustvo se mjeri i opisuje nizom metoda kao što su upitnici, Persone, testiranje iskoristivosti, Wireframe, mapiranje korisničkog iskustva itd. U teoretskom djelu rada definirano je korisničko iskustvo, pod engleskim nazivom poznato kao User experience (UX). Korisničko iskustvo uključuje sve doživljaje, prioritete i ponašanja korisnika pri upotrebi određene usluge, proizvoda ili sustava. Detaljnije je opisan proces korisničkog iskustva koji uključuje faze Strategija, Istraživanje, Analiza, Dizajn, Izrada. Budući da su video smjernice zamišljene da budu dio sustava za e-učenje korisničkog iskustva, definirano je e-učenje te načela oblikovanja lekcija za e-učenje. U istraživanju i praktičnom djelu diplomskog rada se usredotočilo na izradu video smjernica koje objašnjavaju na konkretnom primjeru proces izrade web aplikacije za Individualizirani odgojno-obrazovni program. Prva video smjernica je izrađena na dva načina te je testirana kako bi se ispitalo koji od njih je uspješniji. Po primjeru izrađenih video smjernica, može se provesti korisničko iskustvo u budućnosti na različitim projektima.

Abstract in english: | With today's technology, it is unthinkable to build a successful web site or application without having to not implement the user experience. The user experience is measured and described with number of methods such as surveys, Personas, usability testing, wireframeing, mapping user experience and so on. In the theoretical part of the work, user experience is defined. The user experience includes all the experiences, priorities and behavior of user when using certain service, product or system. The process of user experience, that includes a phases Strategy, Research, Analysis, Design, Production are described in detail. Since the video guidelines meant to be part of e-learning user experience, e-learning and design principles of lessons for e-learning are also defined. The research and practical work of thesis is focused on making video guidelines that explain the process of making user experience on specific example of a web application for Individualized educational program. First video guideline is made in two ways and tested in order to examine which of them is more successful. Following the example of the video guidelines, same procedure can be implemented in the future when making user experience on different projects. |
