Abstract
Brza izrada prototipa je tehnologija koja podrazumijeva izradu trodimenzionalnih modela procesom aditivne tehnologije 3d ispisa. Usko povezane tehnologije su 3d skeniranje i 3d modeliranje, kojima započinje generiranje virtualnog 3d modela. Sve vrste aditivnog 3d ispisa temelje se na izradi modela slo po sloj generiranog pomoću virtualnog 3d modela. Takvi modeli nalaze široku primjenu u svim područjima ljudskog života, a najrevolucionarniju u medicini. Ovaj rad razmatra mogućnost izrade primjenjivog modela medicinskog pomagala za prijelome (gipsa), pomoću tehnologije 3d skeniranja, modeliranja te 3d ispisa (modeliranje topljenim depozitom). Naglasak je na izradi prototipa pomoću kojega će se ispitati funkcionalnost, ekonomičnost, brzina i estetska vrijednost, s obzirom na postupak izrade.

Abstract in english: | Rapid prototyping is a technology that involves the construction of three-dimensional model with process of 3d printing. Closely related technologies are 3d scanning and modeling by which begins generating of a virtual 3d model. All kinds of additive technologies are based on modeling layer by layer, generated using CAD files rather .stl format. Such models are widely used in all areas of human life, and the most revolutionary in medicine. This thesis discusses the possibility of making the applicable model of medical cast for fractures (plaster), using 3d scanning technology, modeling and 3d printing (fused deposition modeling). The emphasis is on the development of a prototype that will be tested on functionality, cost-effectiveness, speed and aesthetics with regard to the type of threedimensional printing (rapid prototyping) and the material used in the process. |
