Abstract

Cilj završnoga rada jest analiza održavanja strojnog parka za štancanje grafičkih proizvoda. Analizirat će se pristup održavanju i metode koje se koriste da bi se spriječila pojava kvarova. U eksperimentalnom dijelu razradit će se prijedlog korekcija analiziranih kvarova. Istražit će se tko, kada, gdje i kako provodi intervencije na strojevima te kako se time pridonosi kvalitetnijem radu i kvalitetnijem krajnjem proizvodu. Nadalje, analizirat će se načini prijave kvarova i evidencije riješenih, odnosno neriješenih kvarova te trajno pohranjivanje dokumentacije u digitalnom obliku. Eksperimentalni dio provest će se u tiskari koja posjeduje četiri stroja za štancanje.

Abstract in english: The aim of the bachelor thesis is to analyse the maintenance of die-cutting machines for graphic products. The thesis will focus on the maintenance and methods employed to prevent failures. The experimental part aims to elaborate on the guidelines for the correction of failures analysed. It will investigate when, where, by whom and how the interventions are carried out on the machines and how they contribute to better performance and improved quality of end products. The thesis will also study failure reports and the records of resolved and unresolved failures, as well as the permanent storage of documents in digital form. The experimental part of the thesis will be carried out in a printing office in possession of four die-cutting machines.
