Abstract

Kolorimetrija je znanstvena disciplina koja se bavi mjerenjem boje te ima veliku primjenu u grafičkoj industriji. Za razumijevanje i primjenjivanje kolorimetrije potrebno je prvenstveno poznavati osjet boje. Osjet boje ovisi o tri bitna faktora: izvoru svjetla, karakteristikama promatranog objekta te o ljudskom vizualnom sustavu. Standardiziran izvor svjetla je koji je definiran temperaturom boje svjetla i spektralnom raspodjelom zračenja. Uređaj koji se koristi za mjerenje boja je spektrofotometar koji je poslužio za mjerenje uzoraka u ovom radu. Spektrofotometar je uređaj koji mjeri spektralnu refleksiju ili transmisiju u intervalima valnih dužina vidljivog dijela spektra. Kao rezultat se dobiva krivulja spektralne refleksije. Ispitivani su uzorci boje za mat i sjajne površine kod različitih geometrija mjerenja. Rezultati su prikazani u CIELAB sustavu, a kolorimetrijske razlike prikazane preko formule CIEDE2000.

Abstract in english: Colorimetry is a scientific discipline that deals with quantifying colors and is applied in the graphic design industry. To understand and apply colorimetry one must first be familiar with color sense. Color sense depends largely on three main factors: light source, the characteristic of the observed object and the human factor, i.e. the observer. Light source signifies the physically realized light and it differs from the light which is defined by light color temperature and intensity. The most important device for color measurement is the spectrophotometer which was also used for quantifying the samples used in this paper. The spectrophotometer is a device which measure spectral reflectance or transmittance, depending on the wavelength. The result of its work is displayed as a spectral reflectance curve. Samples of matte and gloss surfaces were examined under different measurement geometries. The results are displayed in the CIELAB system, and the differences through the CIEDE2000 formula.
