Abstract
Cilj rada je pokazati opravdanost planiranog preventivnog održavanja četverobojnog ofsetnog stroja. Pretpostavka je da je višestruka korist planiranog preventivnog održavanja (troškovi održavanja, zadovoljstvo kupca, trajnost osnovnih sredstava). U radu će se analizirati kvarovi i zastoji četverobojnog ofsetnog stroja u tiskari tijekom dva mjeseca. Objasnit će se način planiranog održavanja koji se provodi kroz sustav upravljanja kvalitetom. Prikazat će se način planiranja i provedba planiranog preventivnog održavanja. Označit će se na slikama uočene greške, mjesta zastoja, uočeni kvarovi i opisati način otklanjanja neželjenih stanja.

| Abstract in english: | The aim of thesis is to show the validity of the planned preventive maintenance of four-color offset machine.The assumption is that there are multiple benefits of the planned preventive maintenance (maintenance costs, customer satisfaction,durability of fixed assets). This paper will analyze the failures and downtime of the four-color offset printing machine during two months. It will also explain the way of planned maintenance which is carried out through a quality management system. It will show the planning and implementation of the planned preventive maintenance. All detected errors will be shown in pictures and the method of removing unwanted conditions will be described. |
