Abstract

Značaj održavanja u tvrtkama je velik. Dobro održavanje utječe na smanjenje troškova proizvodnje i poslovanja. Pouzdanost grafičkog sustava je osnovno svojstvo koje utječe i na sustav održavanja. Tehnički sustav može se nalaziti u dva stanja. To je stanje rada i stanje nerada. Modeli održavanja se dijele na modele preventivnoga i modele korektivnoga održavanja te na modele koji su kombinacija ova dva modela. Analizom vremenskih stanja grafičkog sustava povečava se pouzdanost i isplativost proizvodnje. Analizirani podaci dobiveni su od Printera Groupe d.o.o. i analiza se radi u programu Microsoft Excel. Za analizu podataka koriste se alati deskriptivne statistike kao što su : medijan, srednja vrijednost, standardna devijacija, relativna frekvencija. Deskriptivna statistika bavi se uređivanjem prikupljenih, empirijskih podataka, njihovim grafičkim prikazivanjem i opisivanjem pomoću numeričkih vrijednosti kao što su srednja vrijednost i standardna devijacija.

Abstract in english: The importance of maintenance in companies is great. Good maintenance affects to reduce costs of production and business. Reliability of graphic systems is a basic feature that affects the maintenance system. A technical system can be in two different states. It is a state of action and a state of inaction. Maintenance models are divided into models of preventive and corrective maintenance and the models that are a combination of the two. The analysis of time conditions in graphic systems increases the reliability and cost-effectiveness of production. The data that is analyzed was obtained from Printer Groupe Ltd. and the analysis is done in Microsoft Excel. For data analysis there were used tools of descriptive statistics, such as median, mean, standard deviation and relative frequency. Descriptive statistics deals with editing the collected, empirical data, their graphical representations and describing with numeric values such as mean and standard deviation.
